Home care and assisted living
Stay in familiar surroundings.
Get help with daily care.
Medwell brings carers and registered nurses into the home. Assisted-living visits at an estate provide agreed help while the resident remains in an apartment.

A carer at home
Help can include washing, dressing, meals, mobility, toileting, company and medication reminders. Agree the tasks and care hours.
Registered nursing
A registered nurse provides assessment and agreed clinical care, such as wound dressings, catheter care or prescribed treatment after review.
Assisted-living visits
An estate team may offer short visits for personal hygiene, medication support or check-ins. Services and schedules depend on the estate.
Match the support to the person’s needs.
Visits, overnight or longer care
Discuss the address, tasks and hours, including help from family. Longer care needs agreed shifts, relief and any nursing input.
Estate service points
A service point supports residents in their apartments. It does not offer frail-care beds or formal memory care. Some estates also have a care centre.
When a care centre may fit
If the person needs more ongoing support, ask about frail care, mid-care or memory care. Compare centre-based care.
