Frail, mid and memory care
More help with daily life.
Care around the person.
Care centres provide personal care and nursing support. The team assesses the person’s needs and explains the care available before a family decides.

Frail care
Help with washing, dressing, meals, mobility and prescribed medication can form part of an agreed centre-based care plan.
Mid-care
Mid-care provides support between assisted living and more intensive frail care. The help and cover depend on the person and centre.
Memory care
Dedicated memory units are available at Waterkloof Marina, Buh-Rein and Great Oaks. The local team assesses whether a unit suits the person.
Choose care with the person.
Daily routines
Discuss personal care, mobility, meals, visits and the family’s role. Share the routines and preferences that matter to the person.
Nursing and medication
Share the treating team’s instructions and prescribed medication. The centre can explain the nursing support its care plan includes.
A visit and a written quote
Ask to visit a suitable centre. Confirm what the care includes, separate costs and availability before arranging a move.
Discuss the care.
Then choose the place.
Share the person’s location, daily tasks and nursing needs. Call 010 006 5538 or request a callback.
