The bad food: Too little protein, hardly any veggies, inedible dishes. The nutritional value is very low.
The stench of the refuse area near the gate where cockroaches and rats breed.
The noise by the guards at the entrance.
It's a beautiful estate BUT you do not listen to the residents!
All the necessary facilities on site.
The food is delicious and the people feel like family even if you are new.
If you are looking for a future home, don't hesitate to come take a look at Bergvallei Retirement estate
The only reason for not giving a 5 star rating, is the fact that the walking trail to the Bosveld area is still not available to residents. This is one of the main selling points that you keep advertising, and although we understand that some things take time we would really enjoy a section of the Reserve to be accessible as soon as possible. Some residents have been living here for 18 months and the park will only be opended by the end of 2025. A real pity.
